![]() I'm not from your neck of the woods, but which light are you looking for? Not every shop will all carry every brand. And or at your price point.

![]() IF your looking for the Halide shimmer there's really only one way to go with LED, Kessil. Since your in Edmonton drop by Aquarium Illusions and look at there display tank, it runs all Kessil you can see for yourself. I like mine.

![]() If you're patient, you can pick up any of the major players for second hand. I have four GHL mitras, bought second hand paid less then $400 for each of them.
I've seen over the last year, a lot of fixtures come through this site. There's even a vertex or two on the board now, and I'm sure they'd ship. Do your research, find the one that works for you and wait.

![]() If you are looking for used sign up on Facebook to Edmonton Coral Reef Buy and Sell. Way more members that are all local. Aquarium Illusions does have the Kessils on their display tank but you would need at least two on your tank at $500 a piece. I was thinking about them myself until one of our local reefers who has 6 of them over her tank had all of them die one by one and Kessil refused to do anything about it. You can usually find some cheap Maxspect Razors or give Evergrows a try for a fairly cheap fixture with a good reputation.

![]() I have a 48" Evergrow IT5012 on my 75 gallon bow front (48" length). I have recently added the light, it has only been on for a week but I like it so far and it didn't break the bank too much. I ended up ordering from reef supplies online and it turned out to be quick / easy. If your looking for bigger name stores in Edmonton, Aquarium Illusions or Big Al's. goodluck! ![]() |
