Islander's trip to Van

Me and Bruce (silverfish) have been talking about doing a little trip to vancouver coming up. We just want to get maybe 4-5 of us together to share transportation costs.

The plan is to probably hit J&L, maybe big Al's and after stop by at Jamie's for some frags. Saturday Jan 26th sounds like it will be the date. So let's see who's in!

That would give plenty of advanced notice for the Island folks to get their transportation plans in line, as well as give Victor enough time to hire a maid service and tank cleaning service before everyone's arrival??? [img]images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img]

I'll see when J&L's big coral shipment is coming. It is suppose to be in within the next two weeks. This Friday, they have a invert and Indo fish shipment coming in.

Finally...some turbo snails....

Maybe we can conincide your day trip with the MASV meeting at my shack...eh...house.

Now...only if we could get Titus to drop by the meeting...

The fish shipment coming in this friday is from the Maldives. Should be interesting, even without a tank set up yet, I have to go check it out.

They have Maldives, Indian ocean, Red Sea and Carribean coming in during the next week.

Hi,

I haven't got too much info, but J&Ls has a shipment of corals this week and SPS coming next Tuesday. Not much info than that...

Big Al's (Coquitlam) coral shipment is suppose to arrive this week. First shipment in the past 4 to 3 months...geeze...

So, my question or poll is when would you like the meeting ?

In the past it has been on a weekend, but many people were not able to attend since they worked on the weekend.

Jamie...do you still want some pointers on Flash. I can give/lend you Flash 5.0...that's what you need to start. I'll trade you a blank CDR for a copy of Flash.

Yes, I will be able to host the meeting. I live in Burnaby and pretty close to Burnaby Lake and the #1.

Okay...I think I put too many variables on the table. Basically, I am free most of the time (except weekdays).

Let's try these dates :

Jan 27, 2002, Saturday, Afternoon.
Jan 28, 2002, Sunday, Afternoon.
Jan 29, 2002, Monday, Night.

Feb 2, 2002 Saturday, Afternoon.
Feb 3, 2002 Sunday, Afternoon.
Feb 4, 2002, Monday, Night.

We could also try Friday nights...but usually everybody is pretty busy on Friday nights. Other nights are also free, but let's try these ones first.

So, pick you preferred time and post your request. I'll post directions in another email.
