LF 10-20 gallon tank for QT

Hi guys I am looking to Possibly borrow or buy a small tank between 10-20 gallon will work as my QT tank for one of my fish looking like he has ick but I am not sure since he's still eating and not scratching on any rocks or sand

Let me know what you have
