HELP! Anemone stuck in PH

I just got home from work to find my bubbletip stuck in the powerhead guard!

What do I do?!?!

I turned off the PH (Of course), but should I try to help him out....or leave him to get himself out?

I don't want to damage him more!!

PLEASE HELP!!!!
