You're going to eventually have dead zones to address as the coral grow & fill in the tank so plan for adding more pumps later.

You can do a bubble test to see what the flow is like. Take a straw or air hose & blow air into the input of one of the pumps for a few seconds then watch the bubbles blow around. You'll see if your pumps are doing what they should be doing right before your eyes and can plan accordingly.
