I just recall that when I received my $200.00 order from Canadian Reef I was terribly disappointed. You have to remember that macro photographs are totally correct .
IF YOU COULD GET WITHIN 1CM OF YOUR SUBJECT. As to lighting I use a mixture of 10000K and 460nm actinic. If you want fantastic vibrant colour you should use 100% 460nm actinic lighting. Not just blue, but 460nm actinic. I will try to get some pics under straight actinic later.
