I would suggest going to GE Polymershapes. There url is
www.gepolymershapes.com I found their prices are considerably better than Industrial Plastics. And they sell their off cuts for a much better deal too. But for rounded acrylic tubing, GE doesn't sell off cuts. Then you have to look elsewhere, like IP.
For a refugium, they will have lots of pieces at good prices. Give them a visit. They are at unit 104-11 Burbridge St. Coquitlam. Close to the Port Mann. There tel number is 468-2112
