One last parting thought: You may want to consider a 2-stage, with those you can additionally run a fan or cooler if temp goes high, which can be useful in the summer and so on..

I have thought about 2 stage but for my house, I don't think I will be needing it since during summer, I keep the windows open to let in fresh air. My last tank survived the worst 42°C ambient back in 2013
And 2 stage is too expensive
