I lived in Chicago for 4 years, felt safer walking around that city ( 1000 + murders a year) than the lower mainland, there is a special kind of people here. Thankfully most of the gangbangers here learned how to be a thug by watching Boys in the Hood, and shoot sideways. Unfortunately they also are mentally unstable ( insecure) which makes them unpredictable.
