Soo Brad, what's your BP goal?
I just went lifting today for the first time in about 11 months. Holy crap, I lost that strength fast! I did 8x8 back squats with an empty barbel (55lbs) and almost died. I'm sore as hell. Considering my max a year ago was double my body weight.

After lifting I ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes and had to stop 3 minutes in to roll out my quads (oh the pain!).
