Vinegar takes about 4weeks to work and longer if you have high levels.
I'm not sure where your getting e numbers to dose but with vinegar you really don't need to gradual rise slowly , randy says 15ml per 100g of wat and double this weekly up until around 45ml
I do this and have gotten countless others to use this recipe
1ml per gall for 7 days
2 ml per gallon for 7 days
3 ml per gallon for 7 days
4 ml per gallon for 7 days
Repeat and raise as necessary , once nitrates hit zero then start to cut back in half increments , so if you make it to 5ml per gallon , then the next week drop down to 4.5 then week later to 4 then to 3.5 etc. this is to find your maintenance dose as the dosages to bring the levels down will be higher then it is to maintain them when they are lower
If you need to miss three days simple go back to the week before when you start again
Good luck
