I have actually lost a couple of sales because of that.
If you don;t bring change, you pay more or come back with the agreed upon amount.
now I always have change because this happens SO much.
Like probably 1 out of 3 transactions.

oh yes... they "forgot" alright......or half of them are looking to use that as their leverage of course to get something cheaper. good on you for being firm!
