What does bother me is if I pay for something that is shipped and I don't get that thing that I paid for. Luckily, it doesn't happen often.
What also bothers me is if someone offers something for sale and I reply to buy it at the advertised price and the seller doesn't respond and doesn't update the ad to say that it is sold. Makes it look like the ad was fake.
