I'm a Canon guy. Not because Canon's are the best cameras on earth though. Just simply because it was on sale
Nikons are just as great really.
If you're not already doing so, shoot with a tripod.
turn off the flow in the tank when shooting
To increase your depth of field stop down your aperture and use a lower shutter speed. This is where a tripod and turning off flow helps a lot with motion blur.
