Depends on what you're keeping in there. I have an MP 20, a 1200gph Hydor and a 500 gph power filter on my 20g sps tank.
My new 50g will have at least one MP 40, as it can be dialed down and my 20, plus return pump. I also prefer no wires in this tank.
You could also check out the knock offs, that many are using now. I think they come in a couple sizes also.
