Why bother??? Is someone holding a gun to your head insisting that you need to add this "risky" rock to your system somehow? Sounds like a lot of extra work for almost no benefit. You're basically gambling with the health and quality of your display. If it works fine. If not, you will kick yourself for taking this totally unnecessary risk. A lot of unnecessary stress when you could simply leave the rock out and enjoy another beer instead
