Curve 7 is almost equivalent to vertex 130 in terms of air draw so you shouldn't be comparing 150 with curve 5
Do keep in mind that vertex's foot prints are generally bigger than equivalent skimmers and their rating is generally for medium to heavy bioloads unlike most of the skimmers out there in the market.
