I'm not looking for weight loss really - maybe 5 lbs. More for general fitness and shaping. I like the idea of group classes. I can't handle going to a gym and lifting weights...BORING!

That's probably accurate. There does seem to be an injury prevalence. I guess a person needs to know when to say no.
