So while I was in the process of setting up for a close up shot today I saw a bristle worm sneak out which I found unusual being its daylight and because I am not fond of them I took a couple of pictures but only one turned out I grabbed the tongs I keep handy and grabbed the lil bugger turns out he was a lot bigger than I first thought and got into a tug of war with him fully stretched he was prob close to 15 inches long. I was just starting to win the battle when my coral banded shrimp darted in from who knows where and cut the worm in half and drags the half that was in the rock to its hiding place and I presume ate it there. The piece I was holding in the tongs almost came loose as I was tugging fairly hard and as I was pulling that piece out of the water both my Neon Goby and Lubbocks Wrasse darted in and took pieces of the worm with them I ended up with less than an inch of worm left.
Talk about competition you would think I never feed my fish the way they attacked it.
