Default Actiontec router warning
Just a word of caution to all those Telus customers using the Actiontec v1000H modem. There is a known security flaw with them. The Telus tech user and root user passwords are readily available on the internet. All a hacker needs to do is find out there is one of these routers at an ip address, then run a DNS rebinding attack on it and voila.... full control of the router. This was with the latest firmware as of this February.
