Is there a link to this? Nothing on
Calgary blog or
enmax suggesting anything close to this. Most of the city is not effected by flooding so shutting down the entire city seems unlikely at best. Neighboring areas could be shut down due to power grid layouts. In times like this lets wait for credible info before cause mass panics.
