T5 yields better color for sure, i found with sols you lose a lot of red and purple but anything blue teal or green colors up nicely. I can sacrifice a bit of color to not have to change bulbs and cloud simulation.

Thanks! Both frag and dt are doing okay now but the frag tank/"algae scrubber"
has some really vibrant colored sps.
