One mistake I made on a previous transfer was that I put acros on frag rack while I should have taken them out before I system moving rock and sand. The ammonia and H2S killed all my deep waters.

Sorry to hear about that

I will be sucking up some water from 20 gallon, transfer the corals and fishes and then will move the rock since I also have an experience of nitrate spike when I stirred the sand once.
Removed the light from the 20 gallon and turned it on over the 70 gallon. Gives a much better spread

But I doubt whether these will be enough for the corals. Possibly will add two more T5s
