I too have had missing frags in from past orders, but I will say that Burc has always been good about sending emails back in order to try and resolve issues.
Another thing I really appreciate is that often times the reason an item would be missing is that the frag was not healthy, and rather than shipping it sick, Burc offered to refund my money or place a healthy one on the next order.
I can only imagine how much of a logistical nightmare it must be to coordinate a huge group order, and work with Shipping and weather in a timely manner.
I would say 95% of the frags I recieved were as advertised.
