well, I need $$ to fill it up with stuff
but the other reason why I wanted to downgrade, was because right now the tank sits in the basement where we rarely go, and it is much to big to put anywhere upstairs, plus there is much more water volume to spill all over the place if (knock on wood) it ever cracks. So if I want one upstairs it has to be smaller, quieter (so say the roomies) plus I will get much more enjoyment out of it.
Come to think of it, I won't save much money in equipment at all, as I will be keeping most of it for when I get a bigger tank. So if i move it upstairs I will get much more enjoyment out it, which is what this is all about, right
