Update - The issue seems to be overheating, we are working with Bubble Magus for a swift solution to all the pumps (ONLY) supplied through us.

Please contact your vendor for them to contact us for the solution.

From now on we are in full control of quality with the implementation of the TUV approved rock pumps that we personally had approved.
