I got tired of trying to shift the time and manage the moonlit cycle, so I just manually built my profiles, running the royal blue @ 1% (ramped down for 30 min) from 11pm to 8am. Then ramps up to full daylight by noon for 8 hours, then back down.
This is all done via an Apex controller.
