Turns out I spilled enough to do some damage to the utility room of the residence below and I was quoted a ceiling cost of around $1300.

oh man Wayne that sucks bro....i can't quite say it happens to me but couple of times i turned the water on and forgot about, but many times I can down just in time before it spilled....I know the feeling
