My xm just expired and they hounded me to renew. Thought the programming sucked, just as repetitive as local radio so why pay for it.
Onstar was just as relentless, saying I could get into an accident and how would I get help? Please really..... Pretty sure help would come. Also, they mailed me a renewal for over $400/year, then called and offered it for $199. Told them to go blow, they offer it to us customers for about $12 a month, why can't I get that when the dollar is at par or better, certainly not that much of a diff.
Both have been quiet since but if I decided to use the service, I'd mail the payment, never give my cc info just for the auto billing.
