Cafeshops should refund your money on the items you don't want fairly easily, if you choose to go that route.
Compared to a silk-screened shirt I suppose, basically any other printed shirt. Is the ink bright and does it seem well infused into the fabric? These are apparently simple ink transfers and past techniques have faded with washes, but Cafepress says these are far more durable. Once again though, their return policy seems fairly good.
