I've tried Microlift Herbtana and I haven't noticed improvement. It says you can have the uv or skimmer on. How long can I not have a skimmer with sps and soft corals? The skimmer will overflow with the medication in if so I guess I need to water change it until I can run it. Can I run the uv sterilizer? Is there any other reef safe treatment?
Any suggestions would be awesome. So far the coral cleaner shrimps and crabs are looking ok.

I would try to not use medication in your display tank, there will be many varying opinions on how to proceed; myself I've had an excellent successes rate removing the sick fish and placing them in a hospital tank using hypo-salinity. ( as you said you cannot catch them, hypo cannot be used on your display tank )
Some people also have great luck feeding the affected fish with garlic infused food, trying to keep the fish as comfortable as possible, reduced stress by people moving around the tank, make sure they are kept full of food and hope they are healthy enough to fight it off.
I do not see the harm in running a UV sterilizer, take a look here for some helpful information.
