The valve is $50 at Red Coral and if you ask nicely he may have a bucket sitting around.
The bulkhead is about $8 or so then you'll need a $4 fitting from CanadianLoweDepot
Not too costly but if you look really hard you can probably find an Osmolator for not much more, that's what I did but unfortunately I went with the float valve first
