I don't think this is about freedom of speech. This is about "rules of conduct" in a place that is privately owned and operated. It's no different than a restaurant or any other local business. The business owner owns that facility. You are welcome to come so long as you adhere to their rules. They
always reserve the right to deny you business. It is their place, not yours, not the public's.
Edit: Try arguing "freedom of speech" when a bouncer kicks you out of their night club for being a D-bag :-)
