They really aren't the best skimmers IMO, but at the same time, you don't have a lot of bio load at all. I wouldn't be worried. I would however, throw that Prism away! I loath those skimmers lol. Never was able to keep one normally, I always had to adjust them every second day.
Have you tried to adjust it for more foam at the top of the cup?
