The answer is very, very simple... the reason for the news and "other 3 letter agencies" are "
not picking them up" is because these visitors are Not using oil to power up their ships. And they are kind and wise enough not to interfere too much with our free will. Its us who need to make our own choices, learn our lessons and grow.
Slaves (us) need to stay under control and make revenue.

Like some one mentioned before there are billions stars in only our Milky Way Galaxy, and there are billions of galaxies like ours. I think its all teaming with life everywhere.
