The tank has been going through some major changes over the past few months (With Devan buying my portion out). Both of the cleaner shrimp disappeared and Devan purchased a new wrasse that ensured the tank was shrimp free. In addition to that a major portion of liverock was removed & the tank went through a mini cycle. More new fish were added & Flash got Ich, I got the call yesterday that he was in pretty bad shape. He passed by the morning.
I'm pretty choked right now, I'm also pretty baffled how such a healthy fish could get taken down so fast with no other casualties. Grew the little guy from 2" right up to 7.5"+, I keep telling myself its just a fish but he was more than that...
This hobby is tough some times. |
man thats so sad such a beautiful fish, its not your fault buddy, in your care he did 5 awesome years, he was obviously meant to be your fish only
