not nessesarily true. yes some are i agree are garbage the ones we got came from NY the wifes family bought them and they are made exacty the same as the more pricey ones.. and they seem to like them more than the other teething supplies we got at toys r us that is only why i made the suggestion. but i do agree some in the dollar store ones are not suitable especially the ones at dollar giant. discresion is always advised with anything you give your kids. we had bought a toy for sorting and it had a hole big enough for thier finger to go in and got stuck...it was not a fun day.. the toy is not put away with the company informed untill thier fingers fatten up.
