How to choose your Vertex Illumina LED fixture
We’ve had the pleasure of working with the Vertex Illumina for almost 2 years now.
We regard the Vertex Illumina as the very best in aquarium lighting…hands down. Those of you who visit our store regularly have been impressed with the growth of our SPS under our display unit during this time. Our display unit is a 48″ Illumina 200 over a 72″ 135g tank (24″ deep). You can confidently choose an Illumina model 12″ shorter than your tank length.
- Fixture length can be 12-24″ shorter than your tank length
- Illumina 200 is for tanks up to 24″ deep (high-light SPS coral tanks included)
- Illumina 260 is for tanks deeper than 24″ (high-light SPS coral tanks included)
