Increase Biology another 2 levels and see if there is a virgin Star System for you to goto and load up like Lostmind did with lots of DS / CS / TP ... even better if there is a " unknown " because that was one of my first planets and as luck would have it it had a science bonus of 12 so science was off to a great start
