More like stupid mistakes like going after a active player and him taking his SB up to 8 from zero and wiping me out ... on the other hand I have won my share of battles as well but now I am overly cautious
... I now have planets in 5 different star systems and about to get a Basalt Monolith to help with culture levels ... If I am not the dominant player in a star system I build up my SB as high as possible as quick as possible so as to discourage attacks ... alot of players will have Physics & Math 15 now so there will be a few Cruisers and Battleships to deal with
