ThE bag I bought last year was plenty dirty too, and had like pieces of plastic gunny sack in it.. The same stuff the shipping bag was made from.
I doubt there is anything wrong with it, it's just not cleaned up like some of the higher priced brands. Gor the price I paid for mine I was happy to do a little extra cleaning.
