Had a big battle with redsea. Couldn't find the receipt. Sent the bar code from the box which I still have and that wasn't good enough. The only thing they would except for proof of purchace was the receipt. 
So I'm now the proud owner of a EV120. 
The pump will work if the impeller housing isn't on. Once the housing is put on it seems to pinch it and stop.
