The hospital needs some upgrades. And you must check all weapons at the door, assuming they have room in the weapons drawer. Seriously
We spent 24hrs in hospital in Montego Bay, emergency, specialists, xrays, blood work, meds and a night in the wards, total, $178 US. The bill was manageable
