In each case will you lose the destroyers o_O ?
When you click on culture it tells you all the ways you can increse your culture points. Seems to me like the easiest way to do this is to take over retired players planets and hope for artifacts, but I havent tried that myself yet. I should be ready for a take over by tommorow, asuming no one attacks me o_O *hopes*
