Ya, sounds like you blew the control board. Before you replace it, make sure the bulb socket isn't spinning or it will happen next time as you're shorting out the socket wiring. And turn off the breaker next time you change the bulb too.

Handy Appliances should have the board if you want to replace it yourself.
Their parts guys aren't very helpful answering questions, so make sure it really is the board you want to replace before you buy it.
