After talking with the manufacture the testing is done by running the motor on constant power for 200 hours as at that time the carbon brush of the motor will be wearing off.That said the manufacturer placed 200 hours as a set time to check the individual system for accuracy if anything the motor will start to slow down....and then this was in the conversation as I haven't actually checked on it

I then asked if I need to run each pump for 3 minutes/24hrs but run it at different intervals of lets say 30sec each setting throughout the 12 hrs period(actually this is what I run my doser at) would that extend the life of the pump...their answer was "yes this will be easier on the life of the motor and its parts and keep in mind each pump has 16 on/off setting and could run independently
