F U stealth heater!!!!!!!!!! Had my stealth heater fail, it was blowing out black smoke and sparking my GFCI
So at some point between last night and this afternoon it tripped my GFCI. Rushed to help my Mom out this morning (naturally one of the only times I didn't check my tank before leaving) and by the time I got back home and noticed my battery back up power unit was out of power and the fowlr and frogfish tank had no power running to them at all
got extention cords started ran powerheads and a heater to the froggy tank (it dropped to 70
) and through the long process of elimination I discovered the stupid stealth heater was the issue
What's sad is that I should of thought to check that first since the last time I had issues with getting shocked by my tank it was a different stealth heater that was the problem
On the amazing positive side of things
everything in my tanks seem to be fine.
