Home Depot in Vernon carries Par 38 LED floods in various sizes so surely any GVRD HD will have them as well. Nothing wrong with european & fcc certifications either, all pretty much the same. As far as potlights, a few links follow for HD offerings. Some in store, some online only, some both. Start at just under $50 up to $160+.
The ones from Rona & HD come from China, same as the ones on eBay, so not sure why they would perform any worse.
