well folks I have been thinking and my career is coming to a close here soon. And we are looking at doing a reno of our basement to rent out in the new year. Now with that being said. the big tank can't be in the basement. Since I will be putting in new flooring and gutting the bathroom to make a shower and build a few walls.
then once that is done we will be renting out the top end by that time I dont want to have the time to move a huge tank.
I'm never down stairs and the Wife ask me where would a small cube tank go upstairs Reno's will be starting once the tank is down and the swap is moved
