Comes with 2 x 250 Watt MH bulbs, 2 x 95 Watt VHO bulbs,
2 x 250 Watt ICECAP ballasts and a PFO dual 95W ballast.
Fixture also comes with 2 ICECAP fans.
Everything is in excellent condition. The bulbs were all changed on Thanksgiving.
Works great on a 4' tank- see pictures.
